The majority of customers shopping at retail gift stores are women. We need to offer an E-Cig that will appeal to them. We are currently in negotiations with one of the largest E-Cig manufactures to make us a custom E-Cig that has embossed jewels and designs that will be appealing to women, at a wholesale price point that will work for the gift market industry.

The E-Cigarette market did $2.5 billion in sales in 2013, and is projected to do $10 billion by 2017. Being the first to the gift market industry has the potential to offer huge revenue. We believe we can generate $8-10 million in annual sales. Our sister company PBS Holding Inc. acquired Jazz Candles, whose previous owner has strong ties to the gift market industry. He has connections with all the major rep groups/showrooms and is working to secure representation across the entire United States to sell our E-Cig products.

We now have 3 major rep groups/showrooms covering 21 states, with 30 reps, that will sell our E-Cig products to the gift market industry.

The big part of the E-Cig market is the reorder on the vapors. All of our vapors will be manufactured in house by Jazz Candles, which is currently working on developing their signature scents into food grade flavor vapors for our E-Cigs.

By doing the vapors in house it will give us greater QC, more flavors choices and increased profit margins, which will bring more profit to our bottom line on what will be our biggest reordered product.

Our sister company, PBS Holding Inc. signed a lease to rent the entire 27,000 sq. ft. building located at 1322 Round Table, Dallas Texas. This will be the new home for Jazz Candles and the location of the E-Cig Company. We will continue to keep you updated with developments as they happen.
