We have $75,000 that will show on Q3 from RIGH debt conversion this summer. There will be more debt conversion of RIGH on Q4 and 2013 Q1 financials, as well as $200,000 cash payment due in January according to the RIGH filings. This was part of final and renogiated agreement betwen the two companies that RIGH has PRs and provided info in their filings. Pink Current for RIGH is great and it should allow for BCAP to liquidate debt at higher PPS levels which will bring a higher rate of return for the investment made into RIGH by BCAP.
