Plastic & Rubber material to Oil Conversion Process
The plastic & rubber material to oil conversion system uses electromagnetic energy to convert scrap plastic and rubber materials into crude oil, carbon black, recovered steel and sny-gas. The use of electromagnetic facilitates faster processing, low energy consumption and minimal environmental impact. Non-recycled scrap plastic is converted into crude oil, carbon black and sny-gas using this process (sny-gas is used as a fuel source for industrial applications). The scrap tires are converted into crude oil, carbon black, recovered and recycled steel and sny-gas.
Non-recycled plastic waste to oil conversion process highlights:
~ The maximum processing capability of the system’s plastic recycling equipment is 1,118,000 pounds of plastic per month, which is estimated to produce 3,613 barrels of crude oil per month, among other outputs.
~ Outputs and ratios:
- 95% by weight converted into crude
- 3% sny-gas
- 2% carbon black
The non-recycled waste plastic to crude oil conversion system is able to operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Rubber Materials to Oil Conversion Process Highlights:
~ The maximum processing capability of the system’s tire recycling equipment is 1,118,000 pounds of tires per month, which is estimated to produce 1,711 barrels of crude oil per month, among other outputs. All of the outputs will be sold to a third party including a contract with a major oil company for all of the oil GETH is able to produce.
~ Outputs and ratios
- 40-45% by weight converted into crude oil
- 30-33% converted into carbon black
- 10-11% recovered steel wire
- 11-12% sny-gas
There are three main categories of waste products that GETH utilizes as feedstock:
~ Rubber & other rubber products - Waste tires are abundant throughout the US in stockpiles and our landfills. The EPA estimates that each person in the US produces a waste tire annually equally 314 million additionally waste tires each year.
~ Agricultural Plastics Films and 3-7 waste plastics from material recovery facilities throughout the US. These materials are generally discarded in landfills because they are considered non-recyclable and no value.
~ Shredder Residue (SR) - SR is a by-product produced by metal recyclers, who shred automobiles and large appliances as a part of their metal recovery process. SR is comprised of the remaining material not recovered by the metal recyclers and is comprised of approximately 25% mixed types of plastics (includes “high” and “low” grade plastics), some metals and rubber. As of today, all SR is discarded in landfills throughout the US.
BUSINESS MODELHIGHLIGHTS
~ An abundant supply of non-recyclable waste materials that we will convert to oil.
~ GETH has identified superior green and environmentally friendly technology components which make up the GETH technology platform.
~ GETH is bringing new sources of oil for the USA and lower our dependence on foreign oil.
~ GETH will create more than 150 direct jobs per plant and numerous in-direct jobs.
