Mr. Gary De Laurentiis - CEO and Chairman
Mr. De Laurentiis has a number of successful company launches, including over 35 years of industry experience in development of incubator technologies from concept to reality. Mr. De Laurentiis was Eco2 Plastics’ founder in 1999, won Popular Science “2009 Top 100 Innovations” award and the coveted “Best of What’s New” award in the Green Tech Category. He raised capital in excess of $26M over 9 years for R&D, left to start Green EnviroTech in 2008. Most recently, Mr. De Laurentiis has assembled a team of industry, environmental, engineering and financial experts to develop the Green EnviroTech projects at Sheboygan and Riverbank, and then expand the technology on a national and international scale.
Mr. Wayne Leggett - CFO/Director
Accredited accountant with 35 years of accounting, management and marketing experience, with experience in Finance, Tax Accounting, Business Financial Statements and budget and cash flow analysis. Former Assistant Treasure for a public held company, former Partner in a public accounting firm, Former Comptroller/Manager for multi-million dollar international corporation, and former CFO – Corporate Host Dev, Inc Austin Texas.
Mr. Lou Perches - COO
Lou Perches; has 35 years of experience in the plastic industry serving in a number of senior management positions. He has been involved with both Injection and Blow molding manufacturing. Lou has been General Manager of an injection molding company responsible for both the daily and operational activities of the company, reporting directly to the CEO. He has also been Corporate Director of Quality Assurance for a global beverage closure manufacturer overseeing quality systems for 14 facilities worldwide. Lou has been an active member of SPI, SPE, and ASQ. He holds an ISO 9000 Lead Auditors International certification. He taught as a lecturing professor at San Francisco State University teaching courses in Industrial Management, Quality Assurance, and Industrial Safety. He has served as a Management Consultant for numerous companies in both the plastic industry and the beverage industry.
Lou attended Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California majoring in Industrial Quality Assurance, and received his BA in Industrial Technology from Fullerton State University.
Mr. Brian Chrisman - Vice President of Business Development
12 years of experience in global management level positions in the high technology supply chain with emphasis on Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing management techniques. Founder of Borgata Recycling in 2007 which became one of Northern California largest waste tire processors handling up to 10,000 waste tire equivalents per day. Held the position as CEO at Borgata Recycling and acquired years of experience in the recycling world including plastics and tires. Extensive experience in supply/demand operations and in-depth understanding of the recycling industry. Has extensive contacts for supply of waste materials needed for GETH technology throughout the US and Mexico.
Mike Riley – General Counsel
Mike Riley joined Green EnviroTech in 2012 as Legal Counsel. Mr. Riley has practiced law for over 25 years in the field of mergers, acquisitions, and litigation, served on numerous corporate boards and held the position as Chairman of a two billion dollar financial services group. Mr. Riley as holds a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. As Legal Counsel, Mr. Riley is responsible for overseeing all of Green EnviroTech’s legal affairs worldwide, including acquisitions and divestitures, board governance, licenses, patents, and joint ventures.
Daniel Akhromtsev - VP Plant Operations
Daniel Akhromtsev joined Green EnviroTech in 2012 as a Vice President of Plant Operations. Mr. Akhromtsev was is the founder and owner of Global Waste Solutions, a California based waste tire recycling company with operations both in the US and holds in-depth knowledge of tire recycling and processing which will assist GETH in the tire to oil plants.
