Bucking Horse Energy Inc. (TSX: BUC), ("Bucking Horse"
, announces that it will delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange effective April 16, 2013 and will list on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange effective April 17, 2013. Bucking Horse no longer meets Toronto Exchange minimum listing requirements after sale of all its producing oil and gas assets, which closed in February 2013. The Company has retained its undeveloped Pinedale oil and gas assets but has committed to its secured debentureholder creditors to sell the remaining assets.

Bucking Horse Energy Inc. (TSX: BUC), ("Bucking Horse" or the "Company", announces the closing of the sale of the Company's developed well-bore interests (the "Assets" in the Pinedale field in Wyoming to an arms-length industry purchaser. The transaction was previously announced in the Company's news releases dated December 13, 2012 and February 20, 2013, and described in the Company's information circular dated January 16, 2013. Shareholder approval for the sale was obtained on February 16, 2013. The Assets sold include 66 oil and gas wells and associated petroleum and natural gas production rights, but they do not include the Company's undeveloped oil and gas reserves and leasehold interests. The purchase price for the Assets was US$61,000,000 which was adjusted down at closing for production revenues received and certain expenses incurred since August 1, 2012 (as provided in the Purchase and Sale Agreement). The net proceeds were used to reduce secured debt obligations of the Company.

(TSX: BUC), an exploration and production company. The transaction, announced on December 13, 2012 was completed on February 28.

(TSX: BUC) ("Bucking Horse" or the "Company" announces that at the Company's Special Meeting held on February 15, 2013, its shareholders adopted a special resolution authorizing the sale of the Company's developed well-bore interests (the "Assets" in the Pinedale field in Wyoming to FPR Pinedale LLC. The transaction was previously announced in the Company's news release dated December 13, 2012 and described in its information circular dated January 16, 2013. The Assets include 66 oil and gas wells and associated petroleum and natural gas production rights being sold for a purchase price of US$61,000,000; the Purchase and Sale Agreement has an effective date of August 1, 2012. The transaction is scheduled to close on or before February 28, 2013 and is subject to approval by the secured debt holders and the Toronto Stock Exchange, as well as customary closing conditions.
