People are freaking out because the ONLY thing Baltia had going for it was exclusive rights to this direct route. That's it. There is nothing else that set us apart (in a good way) from any competitors. But somehow we all missed that this exclusivity could all be a bunch of hogwash. If it's legitimate, then we're fine. If it's down from 3 years (wherever that came from) to 1 year (wherever that came from), then we'll see.
If you take it away, this zeroes out and the company's borderline worthless in a dog eat dog world.
Personally, I think it's a pretty legitimate reason to get the hell out unless someone can shed some positive light on this "exclusive" route, which now seems to be more elusive than it is exclusive. But I'm sure I'll just desperately hang onto these shares and hope for the best.
But that's the news I want to hear now. I want to hear wtf happened to this exclusive route, or if all the reports are all just nonsense and we still have it. And if it's been bumped down to 1 year as opposed to 3, how did that happen? When did the 3 year clock start? Why go through all the red tape over the years, only to have real airlines that fly planes take it over from you in 2 seconds? Mentally, I'm done here. I'll just wait for my money to follow suit.
