I got a chance to speak to Tony (RSHN interim CEO) for about 10 minutes. First off he gives off a good honest impression and seems like a overall nice guy, not a sweetalker just a honest good guy(an exact opposite of the last CEO I spoke to Brian Kistler of FDMF infamy) he told me he is working daily very hard with a lawyer and accountant to get all of the RSHN stuff together and current. He emphasized very strongly that RSHN is not on the shelf in any ways and they are working very very hard and things like this just take time. He held off on giving any time frame for anything substantial happening. Later he mentioned that he's just waiting to hear back from "the lawyers". He said there probably wont be a Reverse Split but would not say for sure. He also said that the "Corr family" owns 500 million shares of RSHN.
