iHub is just a bashers forum. You would be surprised at the number of posts I've had deleted which only quote BCAP PR's.
There were NOBO and OBO lists conducted on 08/24/2012 by Broadridge at the same time as the shareholder ballot announcement. The two lists don't match. You can offer reason(s) as to why that is.
As to the current decline in price after hitting $0.0012, it can be pure selling from the oversold condition, it can be naked shorting. All I know is there was a very nice Fibonacci retrace and the chart is reset.
Declines in prices are sometimes due to longs selling out in panic mode (your friends can tell you all about the PM's they're sending to try to create panic selling (some of those PM's were posted here)), but it can also be due to other factors.
