ICPA chart is in BREAKOUT MODE!!! The massive run is just getting started here. We tested the 50 day moving average today and tomorrow we are going to bust thru it. We bounced off the bottom Bollinger band and are heading quickly upward. A thing of beauty. Also the RSI is set up perfectly for this huge run that is in progress. Time to load up, because we are breaking out!!!!!!
