Paid bashers does not always imply a stuck short position.
It can be con men like Joe Elkin who pay bashers to bash from drug money after losing in court like they did over RIGH.
It can be competitors to what Baron Capital will become, like broker dealers or
Market Makers who see Baron as a threat to their business.
CSTI and NITE have been two MMs who have actively been playing serious
games on level 2 every single trading day. I suspect there is a very good
reason for the games they play. Are they short with a large amount of FTDs?
We will know that answer when we uplist to OTCBB this quarter. If there are FTDs
And they are significant, we will be on FINRA Reg SHO and the new short rules will force the MMs to cover the short position after 10 days on the list.
I suspect that there are more shares in the trading float then what have been authorized by the company. We will know for sure this Q4 when we reach OTCBB.
