documentation is PROs' achilles' heel ..

but imo the way the system works aids and abets (time)
those who orchestrate the system .. i spent a good part
of Feb 2010 interacting with Finra re: daily reg sho link
that went live .. and made some contacts that are used
sparingly .. but when one can see what is *normal* (and
trust me i use that word rather loosely) re: JBII .. it's not
rocket science to see what patterns change out (which
is why tape of 4.28.14 is winging it's way to Finra)

just a reminder why PROs' have so much ANGST re: JBI/JBII

at this stage of most legit OTC co.s their SS is blown out

FRPT (that i highlighted this morning) had a R/S approx 1 yr
b4 uplist >> (and i might add b4 partial cover kicked in) had approx
780M shares issued and outstanding b4 the R/S made them
approx 65M

that is the *norm* >> and JBI via JBII bypasses that *norm*

hence the partial cover i'm expecting (even with specific price points
that will pull JBI investors) is >> IMO >> rather significant
