Yes it is, a new one they just put up. On the old one he was J. Duncan Reid and now just Duncan Reid. I don't like it cuz it looks like he is distancing himself from KMAG and pushing for an IPO on that venture, possibly in competition for resources needed to fix the KMAG situation as promised.
