How to manipulate JBII down without expending a share.
The first thing you need to know is that there are crews that play the cycle of money on most OTC stocks. They pump a stock up when they are running it and they have the other side of the crew that bashes it when they want to bring it down. They key to controlling the pps of the stock is to always be best bid and low ask. You also need several people in on it, thus called the crew.

Here is an example-
Bid is .175 and ask is .18
The crew also has access to level 3 sees minimal legit bids down to .155.
The bid is a crew member and the ask is a crew member.
The bid size is 10k and the ask size is 15k.
The first "sale" is 10k at the bid from A to B
The new bid showing is .165 (10k) and the ask is .18 (15k)
Now B sells 10k at the bid back to A
The new bid is .16 and the ask is .18
A now undercuts the ask to .172

So we have taken a .175 bid and ,18 ask to .16 x .172 just swapping shares between members of a crew. They lost zero shares. Their intentions are to take JBII lower so they can either buy cheap ore cover. This coupled with relentless posting by the demoter side is meant to try and get longs to sell.

Occasionally - they fill a legit bid but are only willing to do it if they think they can take it lower.
