Why are you so interested in influencing peoples buying or selling?Waiting for a lower price while bashing is a con game.Do you think management is listening to your posts and moving accordingly?Your " facts" are innuendo and speculation at best.The management team is not leaving; and they are conducting a merger which inherently will result in transparency.What do you want them to do?
