Could be all 3, a lot of incentive for longs that aren't done loading to keep the PPS contained. It seems to be a correct assumption that loaders would sell in the high .003's. Not only to they profit but they get to load up cheaper as well. Cause what's the harm in putting 5 million shares on the ask when you're holding 30 million and looking to load up another 50 million. When flippers and traders see a wall like that they realize it's time to sell on the bid or never pull in their profits, and those same longs on the ask soak em up on the bid.
These games are all making the huge run coming up imminently obvious.
