Yes news can hit at any minute but it needs to be the kind of news and easily DD'd news that scare the hedgefunds, MM's and hedgefund brokers.  So far Treaty's PR's have a tendency to lose credibility and scare nobody.  We really need a very strong news catalyst in order to "freak out" these shorters trying to put Treaty out of business.  When it comes to oil business delays, logistics and the amount of funding it takes to drill a well; time has not been on the side of Treaty. It's become a huge mind game between the company and the shorters. IMO the company should be piling the ammunition sky high with a bombardment of strong news catalysts that will scare the hedgefunds chitless.  One will start buying up desperately needed certs at whatever cost to fill their FTD's and then others will get in line and then the bidding war begins for certs causing the MOMO, new investors along for the ride, and a short squeeze like never seen before.  Question is who will outlast who.  Treaty or their attackers?  I choose Treaty!
