Smoke, you seem to know a lot about DOT and this specific route. Can you tell me with certainty that Baltia still holds this route exclusively? Is there a link? I know they have had this route for many, many years. How long does a start up airline get to hold a route of such value although they have never flown? Is it simply theirs until they fly or fold? It seems hard to believe, but I'm sure there is proof. I can't find it though.
