NAH... not a chance it's a new "avatar" embodiment

there is something called style... people speak in certain patterns & also post in certain patterns.
Everyone who has read arvitar's posts can recognize a consistent style & theme to his posts.
Same can be said for others... some styles of posting are more easily recognized than others... some use certain words frequently, sometimes it is punctuation or formatting, sometimes it is content (like doing a lot of CUT & PASTE instead of making any comment, or repeating the same information day after day)...
a few familiar examples...
my posts have certain ways I state things... see any pattern I use in my posts?
4k has a style to her posts...
Village Pub has a distinctive post construction style...
glnetadm & gortclatu (Hubville) have distinctive styles...
and nanopatent (aka nano2win) who is a member of the Welland Three has a style & multiple aliases, too...
yet there is something that he frequently uses that he can be identified by once a post is "suspect" as being his...
and all posts begin to be examined to confirm the "style" marker occurs over and over.
There are some people (who read boards and yet seldom post) who actually are quite capable of identifying posters who change aliases from SMB to SMB -or- from time to time randomly! Many times (if not usually) the changes are for less-than-honest intentions!
For instance, a working JBI basher who has several aliases in Hubville can carry on a multiple post assault (& appear to be multiple posters) all by himself (yeah, not supposed to be possible... but it is done!) I suspect many of these multiple aliases get a "wink" in Hubville enforcement circles.
ALSO I know two examples from experience on that differing site's boards "way back when" that people not getting a "wink" from Hubville's Keystone Cops to operate as multiple-personalities were able to return under "new aliases" if Hubville booted them...
sometimes they were caught again quite quickly & rebooted, other times they survived quite a while by maintaining a slightly lower profile in posting and consciously using a different style (yes, Hubville ADMIN uses style comparison, too).
Both happened to be irritated shareholders (one owned JBII) & took great delight in forthrightly telling bashers in unflattering terms what they could do to themselves... which is the reason for the original bootings. Subsequent bootings were JUST BECAUSE they dared to sneak back in.
But I digress... lol... some will find this information to be shocking, & many might feel vindicated for suspecting the hypocrisy in Hubville even though they had no first-hand knowledge of such activity.
