I'm pretty sure I'd call us ahead of schedule at this point. Who the hell just starts a build on an advanced project like this an completes enough for inspection in 3 months? There has been some great contracting done here, and lets not forget the miserable weather when this build started. I thought Bill was over promising a bit when he said he'd call for inspection by May, well he proved me wrong…
