I agree with jd. I dont think we were just days late on getting results out. I think they made a real go through pr's to paint the picture they see unfolding in order to hit the bid test by May 1st. But expect now that the pr campaign will slow and they will let results do the talking. My guess (purely a guess) is may 15 before we likely get anything.
