I loved what Charles Stanley said this morning-when you stand before our Holy Father, your rewards will be not what you got, but what you gave. And that doesn't just mean putting a check in the mail to a charity-it means maybe a phone call or a note or visiting someone in the nursing home or just holding a grieving hand for someone who just lost a loved one. But first you have to get to Heaven. Unfortunately many think, well, I'm a good person and don't commit crimes and help my neighbor, so surely a loving God wouldn't send me to hell. Sorry, but that's not what Jesus taught. He said you must repent of your sins, ask for forgiveness and accept Him as Lord. BTW, am watching that robin dig up worms in my back yard-again, how does he know?
