Tonight it's actually skrimps & scallops. I live in Virginia and DO love my seafood. LOL. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a great Tbone or Porterhouse...Pittsburg rare, but my alias actually goes to my younger days playing trombone throughout school. Salute!
