GOOG is days away from starting trial against NPE Vringo (VRNG ) for alleged infringement relating to tracking advertising data. VRNG stock has reacted favorably as investors are assuming its lawsuit must have merit. Despite falling over 12% on Friday alone, VRNG is up over 400% on the year and has a market cap of $278 million.
