$YTRV .0006 MY NEW ALERT. Closed up 50% HUGE REVERSE MERGER could be coming, just updated Arizona sos Thursday, could be huge here. 47 MILLION ON THE BID at close. Hmmmmm? Many have called & spoken to the new CEO, he bought the company yesterday. The company we feel that it is merging with is HUGE! THIS COULD RUN OVER 1 CENT SOON.
Did you guys see the 13 million share buy at .0006 late in the day? Followed by 8.3 million share buy? Or the two 3.9 million share buys? How about the 4.83 million buy, or the 8.8 million buy at .0007 at 3:29pm? In short there were MANY MILLION share buys pouring into this ALL DAY and on Thursday numerous 10-20 million block buys. Few know about it. If the REVERSE MERGER is with the company that we all think it is 5 cents could be here in a flash. Thursday BUY vs sells was 332 million vs 132 million. Friday was 462 million vs. 260 million. It was held down by the M'S or else it would have closed above .001. Could GAP HUGE in the pre market.

"Thanks for posting the number to the company. I just called and spoke to a guy name Joel who said that he is the CEO of the company. He told me that he just took over the company yesterday. The first thing I asked him was if the company was planning on doing a reverse split. He said no, a reverse split is not part of the plan.
I then asked him about the recent SOS filing indicating that the AS was 500,000,000 and said that such was correct. Then I asked is the OS lower than 500,000,000 and he then said... that is correct.
He then said to look for news within a week. I urge anyone with any questions to call him like I did at the number you had provided... 928-232-0478.

To add, then when you have… updates on OTC Markets of a new company… an updated website… other key merger documents/confirmation… and an updated Articles of Incorporation floating around confirming a reduced OS via reduced AS of 500M... it's usually a sign that the time is now since the recent filing of the Form 15-12g yesterday.
