1.) I’m as frustrated as many of you with the lack of communication and the share price, but really what can we do but sit, wait, and see how things play out.
2.) I agree that the company probably wants to keep the share price low at this point so they will be able to repurchase and retire as many common shares as possible. This buy back will come from revenues on the Bayano concession as the company and many of you have already stated. The question is, “are we realizing any revenue at this point and time”?
3.) If the company is experiencing operational delays why wouldn’t they announce those delays as the stock price would probably see “no bid” again and they would be able to buy back at .0001? It doesn’t get any better than that?
4.) If the company is actually pulling trees and filling orders they would probably want to keep silent due to the fact the stock price would rise, probably considerably, and the buyback wouldn’t be as “successful” at the higher PPS.
5.) The O/S is atrocious, they know this, and probably want to get it under control as quickly as possible with the least amount of resources, or money, possible.
So, if you believe the company is truly trying to keep the share price as low as possible at this point that can only mean one thing in my opinion, good things are happening that, if announced would be contrary to their plan. In keeping with that train of thought, if the company was “in over their heads” or experiencing delays of any kind, they would probably be releasing PR’s stating this knowing the PPS would hit rock bottom. The big mystery that each of us has to figure out on their own is why are they now silent?
There is another possibility that I will acknowledge because it is just that, a possibility, and that is the company is not as authentic and true as we believe them to be. The only reason I include this possibility in my post is because, as many have stated, HIMR set a timeframe for themselves and us, to prove that they are legitimate, and we have now passed what most would consider the deadline on that timeframe. It’s hard to argue with that logic when the company makes statements like, “keep an eye on us”, and, “harvesting to begin”, which are over 6 weeks old.
Long and strong!!! HIMR!!!
P.S. – HIMR, if you’re reading this a “wink” would be nice to let us know you’re around and still want to “build shareholder value”.
