Problem is...who is going to buy at .0828 right now? There is an enormous block at .083. A day trader sure wouldn't. What are they going to make? .0002? No thanks! A long? Why? You can wait it out and buy lower or come back later and buy at the same price. Until that block is either bought or removed we will stagnate.
