Agreed. Looks like grow area of some type. One of the pods maybe. I remember in some TV weed special in one MMJ state they changed regulations to not allow exposed drywall in grow spaces. It had to be covered with a more mold resistant material for sanitation. Perhaps that is the same model being used here. The white acts as a great light reflector too I think.
