Could it be that both of these airlines are considering buying out Baltia because they supposidly have exclusive rights for this route? A good buyout could be very profitable for both Baltia and it's stockholders. I made a substaintial overnight profit when Northrop bought out Grumman back in the early 90's (100%+).

I could see Baltia being bought out for 50 or 60 cents a share.
