People in general who all of a sudden come into a significant amount of money can become reckless or lets say frivolous with that money. There is no doubt that the CEO and a few others who own the restricted shares and or shares that were restricted have attained a lot of cash rather quickly!
More than likely they now have more money than they've ever had in their lives and you can bet there are a fair number of zeroes involved! You know that many millions of those restricted shares have hit the open market. They could sell all of their remaining shares when they become unrestricted and walk away and probably not have to work another day in their lives.......!
