TRUDEF™ fractal technology is based on the original patents 4,941,193 and 5,065,447 granted to Michael Barnsley/Iterated Systems Inc. and does not fall under any of the patent controversies effecting H.264 and other DCT based MPEG compression methods.
DFI was acquired by TMMI pursuant to a stock exchange transaction dated June 8, 2012.
DFI and DFMI NEVER merged; There is NO legal court document DFMI was a back alley, shady deal of handshakes, an empty shell company nothing more!!. TMM and DFMI were expect to offer compression products and services using the new codec, starting in the fall of 2001 this NEVER happen as things changed which brings us to the court case today....... I will not discuss this case anymore. If someone wants answers today, then visit the Nevada website and research the documents from 3/2013 to present or move on!!. TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.
