There's no bad mouthing. We need to make deals that add shareholder value.
I've never looked at the leases and never met Mr. Tesarski. You would think that I could have gone out and checked out the property.
The problem with the stripper wells, it cost about 1 barrel day to keep them going. If you're not making 2 barrels a day per well, it's best to plug and move on.
