Shares of Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ:GLUU) surged by 16.61 percent to close at $3.37, as the mobile videogame maker declared in a filing that venture capital company GGV Capital purchased 3.24 million shares of Glu Mobile stock. GGV is managed by Hany Nada, who is on Glu Mobile’s board of directors.
