No sure if I agree with you on this one Mr. Canuck. HC wants Cen Biotech up and running ASAP so it's safe to assume they were in contact and updating their progress. There is no conflict giving a heads up as to when they may be ready for inspectors.
I may be talking out of my ass here but ultimately it's between HC and Cen Biotech as to when the inspection happens or has happened. A month out seems a little to long and tomorrow may just be wishful thinking.
