Actually, Benster.......we were lead to believe that the Russians knew about Baltia and had already APPROVED their landing.
Once Baltia got the certificate from the FAA, the concept was that there were papers that needed to be prepared and signatures that needed to be obtained..............BUT THAT THE APPROVAL HAS ALREADY BEEN GIVEN.
