Of course, dotcom companies dealt with products or services legal in all 50 states and most of the world. MMJ companies don't, so it stands to reason the sector would attract the dregs although it has appeal for talented and visionary people. However, convincing solid creditable seasoned managers, the type you'd want to run a business, to come aboard a sector federally banned is not the easiest sell. That's one reason we see managerial lowlives at a lot of these tickers. More chaff than wheat available in the management pool.
