And another thing: Baltia doesn't have to ask the FAA for permission to PR non-FAA/certification-related things. Why can't they put out a shareholders letter? Why can't they simply write something like this:
"To our shareholders: we would like to take the time to thank you for your continuing support of Baltia Airlines. We know this has been a long journey, but we are confident we will be able to accomplish all of our goals. We are working hard around the clock to ensure our time, effort, and money is being utilized to the fullest potential. As we accomplish certain tasks, we will communicate our progress to you. We are currently completing the remodeling of our headquarters office in JFK International Airport, and hope to see many of you at our next shareholders meeting toward the end of 2014."
