I disagree with 90% of what you say, but on this topic I am in perfect agreement with you. I don't give a flying **** what the FAA says, Baltia is a PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY, this excuse that the FAA is worried about scams no longer remains valid because Baltia has proven (or at least should have done so by now) that it is a legit, capable company. I can't wrap my head around this complete shutdown from them...

And another thing: Baltia doesn't have to ask the FAA for permission to PR non-FAA/certification-related things. Why can't they put out a shareholders letter? Why can't they simply write something like this:

"To our shareholders: we would like to take the time to thank you for your continuing support of Baltia Airlines. We know this has been a long journey, but we are confident we will be able to accomplish all of our goals. We are working hard around the clock to ensure our time, effort, and money is being utilized to the fullest potential. As we accomplish certain tasks, we will communicate our progress to you. We are currently completing the remodeling of our headquarters office in JFK International Airport, and hope to see many of you at our next shareholders meeting toward the end of 2014."
