I think it would be worth it for you personally to ask JBI and Mr. Bordynuik how his efforts have been hampered by by those forces you say are working against him. I would like to hear any example how any event at all, caused by those forces, stopped him from moving forward at any point over the past five years. I'm pretty sure you won't be able to find one--Mr. Bordynuik appeared completely unhampered in his efforts.

The only possible scenario I can imagine is if Mr. Bordynuik was unable to move forward on the processor because he had spend his time posting anonymously on message boards to 'fight the bashers'.

As far as that investor having an unrealistic time frame, Mr. Bordynuik clearly said that all that remained before processor (#1) would be spitting out 109bbl/day of crude oil at WTI-$3 was an air permit. According to Mr. Bordynuik, it was a done deal. The only way that investor could have had an unrealistic time frame is if he know in advance that Mr. Bordynuik was lying but decided for himself it would be happen soon anyway.
