Anyone wants to send correspondence to finra please use enclosed link.
The manipulation of this stock to short rallies is still going strong. The real market dynamics are so flawed at this time it is scary
Perhaps we
can get lots of shareholders to go after FINRA.... to get them to stop the criminal manipulation of TECO by the MMs and Hedgies!
