thus ex parte is suppose to be reserved for true imminent and irreparable harm- which does not exist because equip likely has not moved and more important, for a longtime geo hasnt even been asking for the equip-they've been asking for a dollar value instead

also note "from a reliable source' -again without mentioning the source in violation of constitutional requirement to face and rebut accusor- so geo cant directly be charged w perjury- if source is truly reliable get an affidavit which will subject the reliable source to perjury sanction,so everybody can see what the accusation actually is -instead of these inflammatory non backed generalities used before
