This board was a place that longs were able to voice their concerns, dreams and hopes without being attacked by others. We were all PRO SKTO/DreamTeam when we bought in and defended this company for almost a year after they failed to deliver on a number of self imposed issues. We defended their late filings, we believed when we invested that they had 30-50 million dollars of contracts. (Didn't expect them to be written off or uncollected). I invested in the reputations of Allyn and Benz. They had no problems during the course of last year to PR events and acquisitions to make me think my investment would blossom. Then the silence began, speculations increased, then they neglected to take advantage of the Momo in this sector, then came the AVNE fiasco, still silence. BBio is this company IMO. As was stated before they chose to be a public company. In doing so they have requirements to disclose material events/changes. They have to disclose several items to the market so that investors can do their DD into the companies financials, board of directors, business plan, acquisitions, debts, mergers and such so you know what your investing into and the risk involved.
I still want skto/medical greens to be the industry leader and to be able to recoup some large losses that I have occurred being invested in them. I have a problem with blind faith and trusting anything from management as of today. You know the saying guilty by association?
I think shareholders have been punished enough because of some of our associates. I only hope Benz (which is only listed as Legal Council) on those year end fins has a grip on what has been inflicting these wounds that have caused the PPS to continually shrink in value and has a plan to correct said problems. If he has the authority within the structure to do so anymore. Products being sold dominating the Cali market will indeed increase revenue quarter after quarter. We can only hope our new BOD will have the experience and insight to handle such large sums to the extent that all will benefit (including shareholders). Wish all invested here to have their financial dreams come true!
