this NON-PROMO play has a KILLER low floater aspect, a proven easy runner with attention and volume, and has the same set up in the charts it had when it ran 1850% from 001 to 0185 last year --
resistance at 0012, 0013, 0017..... after 0017 its on to 0036 highs of June, after that -- its wide open again and all bets are off....
