Ha, sorry to dumb this down but I dun git it. Why would a GDR open up the possibility of M&A, and would a GDR be used to raise new funds or put our current shares into foreign markets? Last question, what dictates the price of the GDR if it's traded in real time across multiple countries using different currencies?
