Ok. put the book down and back away slowly....you are on a roll this morning. .
I agree this is good news all around and it speaks volumes in what they know they did wrong and what they need to do right.
I now think as a result of this pr they will absolutely end up in a settlement with the lawsuits. I still think the lawyers will be the only ones to gain on that front though.
Moving forward , This is the best thing so far they could have done and I am pretty sure they have been in contact with the Market makers to have some guidance in what will be required.
If I remember correctly what was stated in the lawsuit which was filed...we should not expect any kind of resolution until June at the earliest and it could be a couple of years with respect to settlement.
I do not know if this will impede us from re-listing. It may come down to the severity of the settlement and how bad the company wants to get away from it. I do know the longer it takes the more it cost. I think it would be best to just pay for it to go away, especially if they are at fault. The amount will have to be determined and agreed on by both parties.
I am pleased that the company is re-structuring the top level and going to incentive based compensation. In my opinion it has always been a persons performance that should be the deciding factor of compensation. All of this hourly and salary gunk is just that.
I am curious to know the numbers though. How do you determine who get how much and for what. On the face and without more details it appears rather ambiguous, and open ended.
