The OS is 158,599,209 x $1.67 = 264,860,679 mcap.

At the beginning of this year, before Milestone 5, 7 & 11 was completed, I said in a reply to someone that if the company would be sold now they probably would get around $250 mil to $500 mil. With these MS' completed around $500 mil to $750 mil & once all are completed get around $1 Biilion. (based on P1' #'s). So all this crying about a too high mcap was unjustified. Even at the high of $2.87 the value of POET wasn't baked in yet IF we were to get $500 mil now). Its hard to determine the REAL value, POET finished or not, and in an buyout vs license model. If you reflect the mcap on the revenue to date we're overvalued & in case of a buyout we're undervalued... and I'm not even going to speculate with its future potential of $10 Billion (Dr Taylor' #'s). The #'s I worked with are rough estimates and can't be relied upon. i added them for argument' sake.
+ we still have these events to reckon with.
- Pellegrino R eport. (scheduled for April 20th - May 20th.)
- Milestone 8. (end of April should this be completed +-. Pr will come after that.)
- PDA Partner. (this can coincide with MS8 or be announced later on.)
- BAE, Google, Samsung or other MEGA-CAP Development Contract...
- Other MS's...
Given the nature of this beast, a paradigm shift technology, which is nearly finished its ridiculous to say that a 250 or 350 mil mcap is overvalued IMO.
