You're question is very similar, except the broad level of talent required on such a large scope operation as ours is spread among 15+ people already! Greg Lowe's ability is abundantly CLEAR in the gold he has AREADY handed to me personally to put on the OODH books for our shareholders - he is "Mr. GOLD HOG" as we call him around here!
Opening the Seventh Largest Gold Mine in US History (Current NOI) second only to Barrick's and Newmont's, requires folks who have been involved in such activities for Years and Years! BTW: At Full production (OP), our mine WILL be the Largest Open Pit Gold Mining Operation in America. So, with that said, we have built the "Dream Team" in all respects to ensure success!
