IMO...Bill had perfect timing with this. The day was down. People feeling glum. sayin "THE 6's and 7's ARE COMING AGAIN!" Within just a few statements he is going to generate some excitement for the morning to reward those longs that hang in there. All the so called guru's that some of these followers have will spread the good cheer overnight.
