It's good that you said this, because I had an interesting conversation with a friend recently who explained to me how his brother (who manages hundreds of millions of dollars at Merrill Lynch) has clients who earn 500-600% returns over just a 10 year period (compounded, of course), but with HUGE investments ($100M+).
None of these clients want 10% gains. They're putting in millions, and they want to make tens of millions. Whales aren't out there flipping, it's just the nature of the beast when the company is restricted in what it can say until ticket sales/advertisement begin. Russia/Ukraine situation isn't helping either...
