Look on the companies forum and Kerry posted that the Go Chart deal already been done. Again I am not that computer savvy, but I can certainly find info at there and connect the dots.
What you are looking for is answers now. Those answers to your questions can not be answered by us, only the company can do that.
I posted last night a FB posting from Peter stating someone tried to send a PR out that was not favorable to the company and without his permission. My thought is it was Turner. Having said that, would you as the CEO, send out a PR on things in the works or when they are complete. Just say'n.
