Dillon Co still working as shipping facilitator for cargoes other than Bao's and perhaps to aid w Bao also. Once the slow wheels of Mexican govt work again following the court contested summer Mex presidential election, they can get their fertilizer export permit, and may have by now.
Last we knew they were going to ship fertilizer to Portland Oregon, nearest port to OMRI's Eugene,Oregon HQ as the west coasts largest distributor of organic fertilizer-and may JV to build an onsite fertilizer plant (reported in March by bingo) to enhance the fertilizer value as Rocket pointed out because pelleted fertilizer was earlier publicly reported by bingo as bringing 550/ton.
Good to have this diversification if only the Mex govt hadnt apparently instituted new rules to delay everything.
They have as near as I can tell been continuously looking for new concessions also-previous reports by Bullitt etc show them pouring over Mexico for possible additions.
Also were indications they even looked at USA locations despite the higher cost of mining in the USA.
