Even though your facts are completely wrong regarding building one having to be completed, I'm not really expecting licensing news today or tomorrow. (Doesn't mean it wont happen were close for sure), I'm expecting the promised financials to be released. In my opinion the best One-Two-Punch would be Financials first then HC Inspection news second.
